"Heidi brought in multiple offers and earned us $4,000 more than we'd anticipated! The buyers were very tough with their repair demands, but Heidi negotiated to make their list more reasonable. She also took care of gathering estimates and following up that the work was done. We were traveling, so that was very helpful. She spotted mistakes on our closing paperwork and saved us $200! She was very calming and took care of everything!"
